Each day I’m back in Seattle I get excited about a new place that has opened up in the last year or so. This week I found myself enchanted not once, but twice but Percy’s in Ballard. To say the cocktails are amazing is an understatement and the food is beautifully prepared with care. The space itself is gloriously filled with old, new, and green. It’s a must-do. This snap from my phone is The Sweetest Taboo cocktail, a fantastical treat of lemon thyme infused bourbon, vanilla bean liquer, aperol, relaxation tea, fresh lemon and lime juice, and simple syrup.
