I love it when friends come to visit because it’s just another excuse to try a new place you haven’t been to yet.  My list remains lengthy.  In my year away (while in SF), so many spots cropped up in Seattle I have yet to try.  Coffee and wine shop Vif in Fremont is one such spot.  Today, I finally made it over there and it did not disappoint.   I enjoyed a pour over coffee and a fried egg tartine with romesco and arugula that was simply the perfect Saturday breakfast treat.
