It’s not every day that you get to photograph such a beautiful family that you’ve seen grow through the years. As a lifestyle photographer I feel so lucky to get a sneak glimpse into the lives of so many terrific people. It’s even more amazing when you take a step back and appreciate the relationships you’ve seen blossom. I first met Nicole when she was dating Eric and I was struck by her energy and positivity. I even tried to workout with her once and let’s just say…she’s a rock star at the gym.  Anyway, they live in Magnolia so it seemed only appropriate to capitalize on the beauty of Discovery Park and the still waters of the marina to serve as our backdrop.  It was so fun to capture this afternoon shoot with their little ones. As I pulled up for our session I was reminded of their wedding day and how excited she was.  Here we are, years later and that spark of joy and love was still beaming out of her.
