Palm Springs Details
There’s nowhere like Palm Springs. It’s truly one of my all time favorite destinations. From the moment you step off the plane into the sunny airport, you’re greeted by stillness, warmth, and sky high palms swaying gently overhead (if you’re coming from somewhere chilly or dark, ahem, I see you, Seattleites, it’s even more magical.)
This candle is inspired by the golden-hour hush of a dreamy desert afternoon. Mid-century homes glow in the fading light. The mountains turn a dusty rose and eventually drift to purple. You hear the unmistakable clink of ice in a cocktail glass, followed by the slow shake of something citrusy and cool. A breeze carries the scent of lime, pomelo, and just cut herbs muddled into a cocktail. A roadrunner darts across the path, blink and you’ll miss it. You’re poolside. The music’s vibey. No plans.
