I was so lucky to spend this Thanksgiving with my sister and our cousin and his family.  It’s funny how as time passes you sometimes forget to take a minute to step back and appreciate the experiences we’ve had.  In a way, it’s nice to have a day dedicated to taking that breath and pausing to remember what is good and special.  I’m thankful for little Phoenix my cousin’s son.  He came into their lives and brought so much joy when things had been tough.  Now, he’s growing into a little man full of wisdom and it was so nice to spend some with him.
