If you know me you know I'm somewhat obsessively into chips and salsa. It's like a warm blanket on a freezing night or a cool pool on a hot day for me - essential comfort and utter bliss. It frustrates me to no end that I have never been able to make restaurant quality salsa at home (besides pico) so I've decided to stop bitching and do something about it. I'm on a mission to start trying out salsa recipes. I'll photograph and blog about my findings here. I'm convinced the answer to perfection sits in a certain spice or hot pepper that I will need to seek out in little markets. Let the project begin!
